It's an honor for me to get to teach 96 young people the basics of the fine art of pistol shooting. I'll be absent from the club for about 6 weeks beginning June 2nd. Update April 14, 2008 The exhaust fan has been reconnected and is working just fine. There were some highly justified concerns about the amount of smoke and dust. Problem solved! Shelves have been installed behind the line for you to put your gun cases. It should free up some stall space for all of us. Click on Rule Summary above to read the rule changes. They will also be printed in the upcoming Spring - Summer newsletter INFORMATION ABOUT THE QUIVERA GUN CLUB The Quivera Gun Club is located at 3232 Airport Rd. Our 50 foot indoor range has 10 firing points. We are a 100% NRA club, and membership in that organization is a prerequisite to membership in the club. Annual dues, after the initiaton fee and key card key are $75.00. All memberhips expire on December 31st of each year. New members are required to complete an application for membership and can expect to have their application voted on at the next monthly meeting. These meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. Applicants need to send their paperwork along with a check for $110.00. This includes $75.00 for the first year's dues, a $25.00 initiation fee and $10.00 for the cost of the key card which is needed for access to the club building. Mail to: Quivera, Inc.
